ISSUE OF EQUITY
The Company has today applied for 236,522 new ordinary shares of 20 pence each ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The New Ordinary Shares will be issued to the Company's employee benefits trust ("EBT") in order to satisfy future exercises of options from certain employees. It is expected that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence at 08.00a.m on 29 November 2016.
Following admission, the Company will have 81,471,178 ordinary shares of 20 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") outstanding. The figure of 81,471,178 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
