Confirmation of Board Realignment
On 20 July 2015, MBH announced that from 01 January 2016, Frank Hanna, now former Commercial Director, and Peter Sharp, now former Group Operations Director, would jointly assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. It was also announced that Martin Warner, who held this role, would become Deputy Chairman whilst remaining an Executive Director. The Group is pleased to confirm that these board changes came into effect on the proposed date.

Given their deep knowledge of the Group and industry, Frank and Peter are best placed to take the Group through the next stage of its development and will benefit from Martin's support as Deputy Chairman."
