The Company announces that on 28 June 2017 the Director listed below exercised an award over ordinary shares in the Company under the Company's 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan, which had been granted on 25 June 2014.
Shares were sold by the Director to the extent necessary to fund tax and NICs arising on the exercise as noted below.

\* The award granted on 25 June 2014 consisted of an LTIP Award and a "Linked Award", and a separate Approved Option over 20,876 shares at an exercise price of Ā£1.437 per share. The Approved Option was released by the Director as part of the exercise process so that, in accordance with the rules of the LTIP the LTIP Award and Linked Award are capable of exercise to the extent vested.
