Board Changes

Following the announcement made on 1 August 2017, blur Group plc (AIM:BLUR), the market-leading Indirect Spend Management platform, announces that Laurence Alistair John Cook (aged 55) was appointed as a Director of the Company and joined the Board yesterday.

Further information relating to Laurence's appointment as CEO can be found in the Company's announcement entitled Directorate Change released on 1 August 2017.
