("Raven Capital" or "the Company") Trading Update Raven Capital was established with a primary objective to build, principallythrough acquisitions and joint venture transactions, a group specialising in theHedge Fund sector. In the period since 30 September 2005, the Directors havecontinued to investigate a number of potential acquisitions and joint ventureopportunities, none of which have been suitable for a variety of reasons. The Directors of Raven Capital note that the London Stock Exchange has todaysuspended trading in the Company's securities on AIM as a consequence of theCompany not having completed a reverse takeover or substantially implemented itsinvesting strategy in accordance with the timetable specified under AIM Rule 8relating to investing companies. The Directors are actively evaluating a number of potential transactions at thepresent time and remain confident of identifying a suitable acquisition or jointventure opportunity to enhance shareholder value by no later than 30 September2006.
