Issue of Equity
The Company announces that it has issued 295,000 Ordinary Shares ("New Ordinary Shares"), of which 185,000 Ordinary Shares were issued at a price of 7.89p per Ordinary Share and 110,000 Ordinary Shares were issued at a price of 7.5p per Ordinary Share, following the exercise of options by a previous director of the Company.
Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 29 December 2017.
Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the total number of shares in issue is 35,037,895 Ordinary Shares. There are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 35,037,895. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
