SIGNATURE OF KPOP.FLEX CONCERT WITH O2 LONDON - Sept 2023
Live Company Group plc (AIM: LVCG) is delighted to announce the signing of a contract with The O2 London for a three day KPOP.FLEX festival with Kpop Europa ("KPE") a 50% subsidiary of LVCG.
Highlights

· Fan fest to immerse fans in Korean culture, art and music
· Four year contract
The three day festival will see up to 50,000 K-pop fans descend on the capital from 22 to 24 September 2023 and will use a range of venues across the O2 campus including Indigo and other venues. Additionally, the KPOP.FLEX awards will take place on the 23rd September which will ,in order to celebrate and honour the KPOP talents that have graced the global stage, acknowledge and reward the latest emerging KPOP artists.
As there was in Frankfurt there will also be a Fan Festival that will celebrate Korean culture and engage fans in a variety of immersive experiences.
The contract is a multi-year contract signed for four years with either party being able to terminate after year one.
Revenue Generation
Revenue will be generated via a percentage of the profits of the ticket sales, streaming, merchandise and streaming. There is not expected to be any upfront expenditure although some staff salaries will be recuperated.
