Director's share dealing

Lombard Risk (AIM: LRM.L), a leading provider of integrated collateral management and regulatory reporting solutions for the financial services industry, has been notified that Nigel Gurney, Finance Director, has acquired 337 Lombard Risk ordinary shares at a price of 11.25p per share. The shares were acquired pursuant to a standing instruction given to the Nominee Company in which his shares are registered to reinvest the proceeds of all dividends from the Company. The shares were acquired on 16 November 2015.

Following the purchase Mr Gurney's shareholding is 111,004 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital. In addition Mr Gurney has a beneficial interest in options over 2,000,000 Lombard Risk ordinary shares which, when exercised, will represent a further 0.65% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
