Lombard Risk Management PLC26 April 2006 For immediate release 26 April 2006 Lombard Risk Management plc (the "Company") The Board of Lombard Risk Management plc announces that it has receivednotification that John Wisbey, Chairman and CEO, acquired on 25 April 2006 atotal of 150,000 shares in the Company at an average price of 7.33 p per share.John Wisbey is now interested in a personal capacity in 77,224,562 ordinaryshares in the Company representing 59.16% of the current issued share capital. John Wisbey also holds interests in the Company through the shareholding ofAdvanced Technology Trust. John Wisbey is a beneficiary of Advanced TechnologyTrust. The total beneficial interest of John Wisbey in the Company has nowincreased to 81,174,562 ordinary shares representing 62.19% of the currentissued share capital of the Company.
