AGM statement

Lombard Risk Management plc (AIM: LRM), a leading global provider of integrated collateral management, regulatory compliance and reporting solutions for the financial services industry, will be holding its AGM at 9.30 a.m. today. At the meeting the Chairman will make the following statement:

"The Company has made a positive start to the new financial year with trading in the first three months ahead of the same time last year.

As announced on 21 May 2015 the Board is in the process of seeking to appoint a new Chief Executive and expects to be able to announce further details of this appointment within the next few weeks.

The Board look forward to the future with increasing confidence."
