Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, as at 1 June 2016, the issued share capital of the Company is 29,109,322 ordinary shares of 1 pence each of which 2,466,869 are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company, excluding Treasury shares will therefore be 26,642,453 (the 'Figure').
The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
