Grant of Share Options

Lok'nStore Group plc announces that, on 31 January 2014, it granted options over its 1p Ordinary Shares to certain directors of the Company under the Company's unapproved share option scheme as detailed below.

In accordance with Takeover Panel requirements the options granted to Simon Thomas, Andrew Jacobs and Colin Jacobs are subject to approval by shareholders in general meeting.

Directors Holdings

Following the grant of options and the above transaction, Mr Thomas is interested in 2,106,385 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.66% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Mr Thomas is also interested in 400,000 options over Ordinary Shares of the Company.

Following the grant of options and the above transaction, Mr Andrew Jacobs is interested in 5,314,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 19.31% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Mr Andrew Jacobs is also interested in 500,000 options over Ordinary Shares of the Company.

Following the grant of options and the above transaction, Mr Davies is interested in 43,650 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.16% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Mr Davies is also interested in 546,470 options over Ordinary Shares of the Company.

Following the grant of options and the above transaction, Mr Colin Jacobs is interested in 25,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09 % of the total issued share capital of the Company. Mr Colin Jacobs is also interested in 295,000 options over Ordinary Shares of the Company.
