Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified today that on 15 January 2015 Andrew Jacobs, (CEO), and his wife each sold 4,400 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 238 pence per Ordinary Share on 15 January 2015 as part of their personal tax planning.
As a result of this transaction Andrew Jacobs' and his wife's aggregate beneficial interest in the Company is now 5,305,200 Ordinary Shares representing 20.6% of the Company's total voting rights.
