Grant of Share Options
Lok'nStore Group plc announces that, on 31 July 2011, it granted options over its 1p Ordinary Shares to certain directors of the Company under the Company's unapproved share option scheme as detailed below.

Following the grant of options and the above transaction, Mr Andrew Jacobs is interested in 5,314,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 29.74% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Mr Andrew Jacobs is also interested in 450,000 options over Ordinary Shares of the Company.
Following the grant of options and the above transaction, Mr Davies is interested in 40,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.16% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Mr Davies is also interested in 600,000 options over Ordinary Shares of the Company.
