End of Offer Period On 15 April 2009 in response to a movement in the Company's share price the Board of directors of Lok'nStore (LSE: LOK) ("Board") was required to announce that it had received from a third party an early stage expression of interest in acquiring the Company. The Board today announces that discussions have now been terminated. The third party has acknowledged the termination of discussions and is no longer considering an offer for the Company. Accordingly the Company has ceased to be in an "offer period" for the purposes of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
When announcing the interim results the Board reported that trading in calendar 2009 was improving and this trend has continued with occupancy growing strongly since the winter. The Board is confident Lok'nStore is well positioned for the future.
