Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 25 November 2020 that Charles Peal, Non-executive Director, and his wife Antonia Peal has each sold 4,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 572 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this transaction, Charles Peal's interest in the Company is 873,187 Ordinary Shares representing 2.95 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
