Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 1 March 2019 that the following directors have dealt in ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") of the Company as follows:
Simon Thomas (Chairman) sold 250,000 Shares at a price of 465p. Following this sale Mr Thomas remains beneficially interested in 1,530,000 Shares representing 5.2 per cent of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Thomas' sale has been undertaken to accommodate buying interest from a new blue-chip institutional investor.
Charles Peal (Non-executive director) purchased 55,473 Shares at a price of 466.395p. Following this purchase Mr Peal is beneficially interested in 565,366 Shares representing 1.9 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
