The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 8 August 2018 at 07.00 a.m. under RNS No 1178X.
Neil Newman-Shepherd was awarded 60,000 options as opposed to 40,000 previously announced.
All other details remain unchanged.

Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that, following the 31 July 2018 year end, the Remuneration Committee has granted options over ordinary shares of 1p each ("Options") to certain directors of the Company under the Company's unapproved share option scheme.
Grants to Directors of the Company are detailed below:
