Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 12 January 2018 that Ray Davies (Finance Director) has, via his Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) as part of the SIPP's dividend reinvestment arrangements, purchased 774 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 414.60 pence per Ordinary Share on 11 January 2018.
As a result of this transaction Ray Davies' beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares increases to 62,554 shares representing 0.21 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
