Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 16 October 2013 of the following transactions:

Ray Davies, an Executive Director, exercised options on 15 October 2013 over 15,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ('Shares') that were awarded to him on 31 July 2008 and sold these Shares on 16 October 2013 at 183 pence per Share.

Simon Thomas, Chairman, exercised options over a total of 100,000 Shares, 50,000 of which were awarded to him on 30 January 2004 and 50,000 of which were awarded to him on 30 July 2004 and sold 100,000 Shares on 16 October 2013 at 187 pence per Share.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 212,554 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. These new ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares, arise on the exercise of share options referred to above as well as the exercise of 97,554 options by employees. It is expected that admission will occur on 23 October 2013.

Following these transactions the Directors' interests in the issued share capital of the Company remain unchanged at:

Ray Davies, 42,753 shares, representing 0.17%;

Simon Thomas, 2,106,385 shares, representing 8.45%
