Lok'nStore Group plc ('Lok'nStore' or the 'Company') 

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 14 June 2016 that Ray Davies', Finance Director, Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) has, as part of the SIPP's dividend reinvestment arrangements, purchased 370 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 319.5 pence per Ordinary Share on 13 June 2016.

As a result of this transaction Ray Davies' beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares increases to 46,363 shares representing 0.17 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
