The Company was notified on 29 June 2017 that Neil Newman, Group Sales Director, acquired 3,300 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be held within his Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP). The shares were acquired at a price of £3.99.
As a result of this transaction Mr Newman's interest in the Company is now 3,300 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the Company's total voting rights.
