Total Voting Rights
The Company was notified on 30 April 2018, that Neil Newman, Group Sales Director, exercised options over, and subsequently sold 13,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 420.5 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Exercise and the Sale").
The options exercised were granted at 130.5 pence in July 2008.
Following the Exercise and the Sale, Mr Newman's shareholdings remain unchanged at 9,300 representing 0.03% of the Company's total voting rights.
Following the Exercise the total number of voting rights in the Company is 29,454,923 Ordinary Share (the "Figure"). The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
