Lok'nStore Group plc (the 'Company' or 'Lok'nStore')

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that on 14 April 2011 Andrew Jacobs, Chief Executive, has transferred his personal holding of 5,254,000 ordinary shares of 1p each to Andrew Jacobs LLP. This transaction forms part of Mr Jacobs' tax planning.

As a result of this transaction there has been no change to Andrew Jacobs beneficial interest in the ordinary shares in Lok'nStore Group Plc.

The Company has also been notified that on 14 April 2011 Simon Thomas, Chairman, has transferred his personal holding of 2,147,500 ordinary shares of 1p each by way of a transfer of 2,106,385 ordinary shares of 1p each to Simon Thomas LLP and 41,115 ordinary shares of 1p each to Simon Thomas' Pension Fund. These transactions form part of Mr Thomas' tax planning.

As a result of this transaction there has been no change to Simon Thomas' beneficial interest in the ordinary shares in Lok'nStore Group Plc.
