Lok'nStore Group plc ('Lok'nStore' or the 'Company')
Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that, following the 31 July 2022 year end, the Remuneration Committee has granted options over ordinary shares of 1p each ("Options") to certain directors of the Company under the Company's unapproved share option scheme.
Grants to Directors of the Company are detailed below:
