The Company was notified today that on 7 February 2022 Richard Holmes, Non-Executive Director, sold 4,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1030.00 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this transaction, Richard Holmes' beneficial interest in the Company is 303,606 Ordinary Shares representing 1.01 percent of the Company's total voting rights.
