Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 11 August 2015 that Simon Thomas (Chairman) and Ray Davies (Finance Director) exercised options over Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:

The 71,723 Ordinary Shares arising from the exercise were sold on at a price of 285 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions Mr Thomas' interest in the issued share capital of the Company is 2,000,000 shares, representing 7.67% and Mr Davies' interest is 45,288, representing 0.17%.
