Lok'nStore Group plc ('Lok'nStore' or the 'Company') 

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 12 January 2016 that the Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) of Ray Davies, Finance Director, has, as part of the SIPP's dividend reinvestment arrangements, purchased 705 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 352 pence per Ordinary Share on 12 January 2016.

As a result of this transaction Ray Davies' beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares increases to 45,993 shares representing 0.17 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
