The Company was notified on 27 April 2015 that, on that date, Colin Jacobs, Acquisitions Director, exercised options over 81,255 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:

Of these, 78,755 Ordinary Shares were sold on 27 April 2015 at a price of 275p per Ordinary Share and 2,500 Ordinary Shares were retained by Mr Jacobs.

Following this transaction, Colin Jacobs' interest in the issued share capital of the Company is 27,500 Ordinary Shares equating to 0.11 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
