Correction: Director/PDMR Shareholding
The following amendments have been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 17 March 2023 at 11:05 under RNS No 3943T.
The table disclosing Antonia Peal's trade has been amended to disclose a sale of Ordinary Shares rather than a purchase.
All other details remain unchanged.

Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 16 March 2023 that Charles Peal, Non-Executive Director, has sold 1,250 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") from his ISA at a price of 820 pence per Ordinary Share, and his wife, Antonia Peal has also sold 1,250 Ordinary Shares from her ISA at a price of 820 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this transaction, Charles Peal's beneficial interest in the Company decreases to 776,350 Ordinary Shares representing 2.58 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
