Lansdowne Oil & Gas, the North Celtic Sea focussed oil and gas exploration company, confirms that it has posted its Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the associated form of proxy.

Notice of AGM
The AGM will be held at 12 noon on 13 June 2013 at the offices of Cenkos Securities plc, located at 6.7.8 Tokenhouse Yard, London EC2R 7AS.
