Directorate Change

Lansdowne Oil & Gas, the North Celtic Sea focussed oil and gas exploration company, today announces the resignation, by mutual consent, of Chris Moar from the Board of Directors of the Company. This follows on from his recently-announced departure from SeaEnergy plc, a substantial shareholder in Lansdowne.

Chris has served as a director from the time of the Company's flotation in April 2006 and acted as Finance Director and Company Secretary until 2012.

John Greenall, Chairman of Lansdowne, commented:
