Lansdowne Oil & Gas ("Lansdowne" or "the Company"), the independent oil and gas company focussed on offshore Ireland, is pleased to announce that the Company's 2020 Annual Report & Accounts have been posted to shareholders along with a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at 12.00 noon on 8 September 2020 at the offices of Pinsent Masons LLP, 30 Crown Place, Earl Street, London EC2A 4ES.
