Landore Resources announces that the Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2013, together with the Notice of AGM, will be posted to shareholders today. The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at The Cavalry & Guards Club, 127 Piccadilly, London W1J 7PX on Wednesday, 2 July 2014 at 11.30 am.
Copies of the report are available from the Company's registered office at P O Box 141, La Tonnelle House, Les Banques, St Sampson, Guernsey GY1 3HS and also from the Company's website www.landore.com.
