Grant of Options
Landore announces the issue of options over the Company's ordinary shares (the "Share Options") to certain key employees and directors (the "Grant").
The Board believes that share options, exercisable at an appropriate price, provide an important component in director and employee incentivisation, providing a direct link between the performance of the Company and their total remuneration. The Board acknowledges that it needs to retain its key personnel, whilst conserving the Company's cash resources to invest in operational activities.
The details of the Grant, and previously issued share options, are as follows:
