Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

The following Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplementary Prospectus dated 20 February 2020 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the £25,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Lloyds Banking Group plc.

The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the base prospectus dated 8 April 2019, as supplemented by the supplementary prospectuses dated 2 May 2019, 31 July 2019, 10 September 2019 and 1 November 2019 (together, the "Base Prospectus").
