LLOYDS BANKING GROUP PLC ('GROUP') - NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION BY PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR') IN ORDINARY SHARES OF THE GROUP OF 10 PENCE EACH ('SHARES')
Antonio Lorenzo, a PDMR, sold 321,000 Shares on 12 November 2020 at a price of 32.93 pence per Share. Following this disposal, Antonio Lorenzo (and persons closely associated) holds 10,100,443 Shares, including Shares subject to holding periods of up to a further two years post vesting, and complies with the Group's shareholding policy requirements.
