Announcement of Interim Dividend

The directors of Livermore are pleased to announce that the Group will pay an interim dividend of US$0.0858 per share to members on the register on 6 January 2017. Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 5 January 2017. The Pay Date is expected to be 28 January 2017.

The Board has decided to pay this dividend based on the Group's profitability, liquidity requirements, portfolio performance and market conditions. The Group continues to trade in line with management expectation.

The Group expects to announce its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2016 in the month of May 2017.
