AIM Rule 17 - historic disclosure
The Company notifies disclosures pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies in relation to Richard Rosenberg, Non-Executive Chairman, which have been identified and that had previously been omitted in error.
Mr Rosenberg was appointed a director of NB42 Limited on 31 March 2014. NB42 Limited was subsequently placed into liquidation with a creditors' voluntary liquidator being appointed on 3 May 2019 and dissolved on 19 October 2021 with all creditors being paid in full. It should be noted that Richard is a partner of SRLV Chartered Accountants, who were one of the original creditors of NB42 Limited.
Mr Rosenberg was also the sole director of RR 42 Limited, the company which owned NB42 Limited. RR 42 Limited was placed into liquidation with a creditors voluntary liquidator being appointed on 18 June 2021 The liquidation process is still ongoing and there is an estimated shortfall to unsecured creditors of £14,622, most of which is owed to Richard Rosenberg and SRLV Chartered Accountants.
