Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs")
Liontrust announces that on 6 May 2026 it was notified that John Ions, Chief Executive Officer, and Vinay Abrol, Chief Financial Officer, purchased ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") pursuant to their participation in the Company's Share Incentive Plan. John Ions and Vinay Abrol are both PDMRs.
Formal notifications in respect of the PDMRs are set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
