PDMR dealing
LendInvest plc (AIM: LINV, the "Company"), a leading platform for mortgages, announces the grant of 1,600,000 nil-cost options to acquire ordinary shares of £0.0005 in the Company to Roderick Lockhart, CEO, under the LendInvest Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP").
It is further announced that the previous award of 800,000 nil-cost options granted to Roderick Lockhart on 1 August 2023 (the "FY24 Award") has been cancelled, taking into account share price performance and in order to help prudently manage future expenditure and dilution headroom. No compensation will be payable to Roderick Lockhart for the cancellation of the FY24 Award.
