ICG-Longbow Senior Secured UK Property Debt Investments Limited (the Company)
Portfolio Update
The Company has received repayment in full of the BMO Partners loan, following a refinancing of the underlying properties by a third party lender. The repayment of £11.3 million was accompanied by interest and fees of £0.25 million, and will be used to repay drawings on the Company's revolving credit facility together with funding requirements on its existing investment commitments.
The Company is seeing a strong pipeline of attractive opportunities at present, and has agreed terms on two new transactions which are progressing through final due diligence.
An announcement on interest collection for the third quarter will be made in early November.
