Interim Dividend Announcement
The Company is pleased to declare an interim dividend of 1.5 pence per ordinary share covering the period 1 November 2020 to 31 January 2021.
As discussed in the circular to shareholders of 16 December 2020, and following shareholder approval of changes to the Company's Investment Objectives and Investment Policy which will allow an orderly realisation of the Company's assets and return of capital to shareholders, the Board expects the Company to continue the payment of quarterly dividends whilst it remains prudent to do so.
