Results of AGM
The Company is pleased to announce that at the eighth AGM held at 2.00 p.m. today, 28 June 2021 all of the Resolutions were duly passed without amendment and a summary of the results will be made available on the Company's website. All resolutions were passed as ordinary business of the AGM.
Directorate Changes
Following the AGM, Mr Patrick Firth retired from the Board and the Board thanked Mr Firth for his contribution to the Company.
