ICG-Longbow Senior Secured UK Property Debt Investments Limited (the Company)
First Light Loan Repayment
The borrower under the Company's First Light Portfolio loan has now completed the refinancing of the properties which provided security for the Company's loan. As a result the £1.75 million loan has been repaid in full, together with interest and prepayment fees of approximately £0.15m in aggregate. The total proceeds of this repayment will be received by the Company shortly.
