Block Listing Application

Kerry Group plc (the "Company") announces that a block listing application has been made for a total of 1,000,000 A Ordinary Shares of €0.125 each in the capital of the Company, to be admitted to the Official List of Euronext Dublin and to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority. Application has also been made to Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading on their respective main markets.

It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings will commence in these shares on 6 February 2025.

The new A Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to awards under the Kerry Group plc 2013 and 2021 Long Term Incentive Plans and the 2023 Kerry Global Employee Share Plan and will rank pari passu with the existing A Ordinary Shares of the Company.
