Kerry Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Patrick Rohan as a non-executive director with effect from 16 January 2023.

Mr Rohan has over 30 years of experience in the Irish agri-food sector and has held a number of local and national roles with the Irish Creamery Milk Suppliers Association (ICMSA). As former Chair and current member of the ICMSA's Farm and Rural Affairs Committee, Mr Rohan has experience dealing with environmental sustainability matters relevant to the dairy sector and will bring insights to the Board that are reflective of the Group's heritage. Mr Rohan is a former director of Kerry Co-operative Creameries Limited.

Mr Rohan has notified Kerry Group plc that there are no matters requiring disclosure in relation to Rule 6.1.66 (1) to (6) of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules and under LR 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the UK FCA Listing Rules.
