Completion of the acquisition of Sunny Side Up
Further to the announcement on 21 December 2018, Keywords Studios, the international technical services provider to the global video games industry, today announces that it has completed the acquisition of Sunny Side Up Creative Inc from its founder, Thomas Giroux, after all of the conditions were fulfilled.
