Kosmos Energy Ltd files Form 8-K

On 19 December 2018, Kosmos Energy Ltd ("Kosmos") announced that it had elected to redomesticate in the State of Delaware. On 28 December 2018, Kosmos filed a Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") confirming that the redomestication will take effect on 28 December 2018, with Kosmos' ISIN and SEDOL changing to US5006881065 and BJ1MZF7 respectively after market close on this date. The Form 8-K is available on the SEC's website at http://www.sec.gov and on the Kosmos' website at http://investors.kosmosenergy.com/financial-information/sec-filings.
