EXTERNAL BOARD APPOINTMENT

Keller Group plc (“Keller”), the international ground engineering specialist, announces the following external board appointment in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority:

Mr Roy Franklin will be appointed as a Non-executive Director of Amec Foster Wheeler plc, the British multinational consultancy, engineering and project management company with effect from 1 January 2016.

Mr Franklin was appointed to the Board of Keller in 2007 and became Chairman of the Board and the Nomination Committee in 2009.
